About Me

Hello, I am Laura Nachazel!  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist that has been practicing for 20+ years!  I specialize in Medical and Sports Massage that includes Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Lymphatic, Shiatsu, and Swedish techniques to assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions.  I graduated from the Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences in 2003 and I am a member in good standing with the American Massage Therapy Association.  I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2022.  I am dedicated to the health and well-being of everyone I meet!
