Healing Touch Fitness & Nutrition was developed after 20+ years of being a massage therapist and seeing the muscular imbalances that my clients and others have to deal with on a daily basis.  My goal is to help people see the benefits of proper stretching and form during exercise and their activities of daily living so they can have better movement, posture, and flexibility!

Maybe you have a solid workout routine, and you want to get your nutrition on point but don’t know where to start.  Or are you spot on with your nutrition for a week then by the weekend or the next week you fall off track?  (It’s ok, we’ve all been there. 😉)

 

 

How does it work?

 

Let’s chat about where you are currently with your daily routine and what you want to achieve.  I will assess for any muscular imbalances and as your Personal Trainer, I will create custom workouts that align with your goals, and your movement assessments to put you back on track to proper movement, posture, and flexibility!

As your Nutrition Coach, I will create custom meal plans based on your needs and what you want to achieve.  You can track your meals through my app, and I will give feedback and support to help you stay accountable!

 

Here’s what you get!

 

  • Custom Workouts to get you on track for better movement, posture, and flexibility!  The Corrective Exercise Program consists of meeting in person one time per week (at my private home office/studio) where I will show you how to properly stretch and perform each exercise.  Then, for maximum results, you are encouraged to do the recommended stretches and exercises throughout the remainder of the week and track them in my app.

 

  • Nutrition Plans are based on your daily needs, so you are fueled for the day and your workouts!  Track your meals in my app so I can give feedback and help you stay accountable.

 

  • Check-ins, Tracking, and Support!  Along with messaging in my app and check-ins, we have monthly in-person reassessments (Corrective Exercise Program) and/or monthly video calls (Nutrition Coaching) in the app so we can make sure your program is in sync with your needs and goals.
