Introducing our Corrective Exercise Program, a comprehensive solution designed to address muscle imbalances and enhance overall physical well-being. These sessions are conducted once a week, in the comfort of my home studio, ensuring a private and comfortable environment for clients with each session lasting for 60 minutes. During the in-person sessions, clients will receive expert guidance and support as they engage in corrective exercises that aim to improve posture, flexibility, and overall muscle function. With a strong emphasis on proper form and technique, these sessions provide a safe and effective way to address imbalances and prevent future injuries.
After each session, you will be equipped with the knowledge and techniques to continue your progress independently throughout the remainder of the week. By incorporating these stretches and exercises into your daily routine, you can maintain and enhance the benefits gained from our in-person sessions.
