Reminders

You will receive a text or email reminder depending on your preference, one week and one day before your scheduled appointment. If adjustments need to be made to your appointment you may click the link to cancel or reschedule at the time of receiving the reminder.

Cancelation/Missed Appointment Policy (No Show)

Please provide a minimum 12-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests.  Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.  If you miss your appointment without notification, you WILL BE charged 50% of the service fee for each missed session.  We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a missed appointment does occur.  If you have more than two (2) missed sessions (No Show) within a 6-month period, we reserve the right to remove you as a client.

Please know that you will not be contacted by phone regarding your missed appointment(s).  You will be billed the appropriate "No Show Fee" for the missed appointment at your next scheduled session or by an email invoice.

Late Arrival Policy

Arriving after your appointment start time will result in loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled time.  Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.  If no notification of a late arrival is given within 15 minutes of the start time of your appointment, you will be considered a "no show" and you will be charged the "no show/missed appointment" fee stated above.  Please know that you will not be contacted if you are running late to your appointment.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only.  There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever.  Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future.  You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session.  Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
